If you are a resident or tenant of a property managed by East Coast Property Management and would like to request a repair or report a problem, please send an email to Maintenance@100StateStreet.com. This email address is monitored during regular business hours. 

If this is an emergency maintenance issue after hours or on a holiday or you have no heat or hot water after hours, please call the repair line at 617-259-1616 ext. 103  and follow the instructions for extreme emergencies.  Always include your address! 

 Under no circumstances should this service be used in the case of an emergency which requires dialing 911.
